How LatePay Kit handles information

The free calculator uses the answers and invoice values you enter in your browser to produce the calculation shown on screen.

LatePay Kit does not require you to create an account before using the free calculator.

If you create a Recovery Pack purchase, LatePay Kit stores the information needed to create and recover that purchase. This can include the invoice amount, due date, calculated figures, your name or business name, customer name, invoice reference, optional payment instructions and checklist information.

This information is used to provide the paid Recovery Pack, verify payment status and allow the pack to be recovered through its secure access mechanism.

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. LatePay Kit creates a Stripe Checkout session and receives payment-status information needed to confirm whether the Recovery Pack has been paid for.

Card details are entered into Stripe's checkout flow rather than into LatePay Kit's own invoice-recovery forms.

LatePay Kit may use browser storage for product functionality, including temporarily restoring Recovery Pack information after checkout and remembering your selected light, dark or system theme preference.

Paid Recovery Packs use secure access links. Anyone who obtains a valid access link may be able to open the associated pack, so you should treat that link as private and avoid sharing it publicly.

The current service relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as hosting, database storage and payment processing. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

This notice should be updated when LatePay Kit adds materially different data collection, accounts, analytics, marketing emails, cookies or other features that change how personal information is handled.
