Informational use only
LatePay Kit provides informational calculations, templates and general guidance. It does not provide legal advice, determine legal rights, resolve disputes, contact customers or collect debts.
You remain responsible for reviewing the information produced by the service and deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances.
Calculator estimates
The calculator produces estimates based on the information you enter and the rules implemented by the service. Results can be affected by eligibility, contractual terms, disputed debts, changes in official rules or rates, and other circumstances that the calculator may not determine.
You should check current official guidance before relying on a calculation in a formal demand or recovery process.
Paid Recovery Packs
A paid Recovery Pack is a one-time digital purchase that provides access to the features described at the point of purchase, including personalised templates, invoice-specific guidance, a records checklist, secure workspace access and recovery-record material.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing any template before sending it to a customer. Secure Recovery Pack links should be kept private because anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to access the associated pack.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payments for Recovery Packs are processed through Stripe Checkout. A Recovery Pack is unlocked only after the service can verify the relevant payment as completed.
There is no subscription or recurring charge for the Recovery Pack. Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any statutory rights that apply.
Availability and changes
LatePay Kit may change, improve or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. Features, wording and calculations may also be updated to reflect product changes or updated guidance.
Changes do not remove statutory rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
Responsibility for formal action
Any decision to add charges to an invoice, send a demand, involve a commissioner, issue a statutory demand, begin court proceedings or take another formal recovery step is your own decision. Consider obtaining professional advice where the situation is disputed, complex or financially significant.
