What you are buying
A Recovery Pack is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks personalised recovery templates, invoice-specific guidance, a records checklist, permanent secure access to the paid workspace and a downloadable Recovery Record.
The current price is shown clearly before you leave LatePay Kit for Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
When we will put a payment right
If you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase, or payment is confirmed but a technical problem prevents us from supplying the Recovery Pack, we will work to restore access or provide an appropriate refund.
Please keep the Stripe payment receipt and the secure Recovery Pack link where available, as these can help identify the purchase.
Cancellation and digital-content rights
Depending on who is buying the Recovery Pack and the purpose of the purchase, statutory cancellation or digital-content rights may apply. LatePay Kit does not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Recovery Pack is designed to be made available immediately after successful payment. Where the law requires express consent or acknowledgement before an immediate supply of digital content affects a cancellation right, that right is not treated as waived unless the required conditions have been met.
Change-of-mind requests
If you simply change your mind, contact us as soon as possible using the support or contact details shown on your Stripe receipt. We will review the circumstances of the request, including whether the digital Recovery Pack has already been supplied or accessed and any statutory rights that apply.
Faulty or unavailable digital content
If a Recovery Pack does not work as described, tell us what happened. Where possible we will first restore the secure access link or correct the technical problem. Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, we will provide it.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. A refund approved by LatePay Kit is returned through the relevant payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on Stripe, the card network and your bank.
